12-week course on the power of cooperative businesses

At a time when our world confronts climate crisis, rising inequality, and withering institutions, we have to rethink the way we do business, including how we organize companies.

In this certificate program, we explore the power of cooperative structures to align incentives and make our businesses profoundly accountable to workers, environments, and communities. We also discuss mindsets, techniques, and processes to unleash the collective wisdom of employees and enable companies to be high-performing, resilient workplaces that negotiate uncertainty and complexity in an ever-changing world.

Participants acquire a detailed understanding of how to structure and run businesses that implement cooperative and democratic organizational models, from worker cooperatives to companies with Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs).
